Peter Hofmann - Project Manager
Peter Hofmann is a Swiss-Peruvian descent, career-based architect-visualist artist raised in Venezuela, US resident since 2010. Prior to joining the Boca Raton office in 2013, he played a leading role in restaurant concept development, design-build projects for an international chain for the Caribbean region. Formerly served as architectural designer for a well-known multinational developer on several multimillion-dollar commercial-hospitality projects throughout Venezuela to Central America. His love of the outdoors and the process of making led him to pursue architecture as a means of studying and inspiring change in the world. As an advocate for sustainable design Peter started directing his career-path by studies conducted in global sustainability track through Western Colorado University WCU after an intensive training in passive solar home design-build on Earthship Biotecture Academy EBA at Taos, New Mexico in 2015. His liberal arts background combined with a mastery in conducting the integration of BIM-based parametric information into project design, enable him to conceptualize and communicate big picture ideas and realize them at an architectural scale.
Peter's initiatory academic education has granted him with a postgraduate diploma of Construction Management at UNIMET ~Metropolitan University of Venezuela in 2009, Registered architect at CAV ~Venezuelan Architects' Association, active Member at CIV ~Venezuelan Engineers' Association, Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from IUPSM ~Santiago Mariño Polytechnic University Institute in 2004, grade Cum-Laude.
