Paul brings more than twenty 20 years of architectural experience in planning, design and management to BE-Design. He is an effective communicator that builds exceptional relationships with people, consultants and clients.
Professional Credentials:
Mr. Bach is a Florida architect with prior registration in Illinois, Washington DC, Indiana & Alabama. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture in Design from the University Of Ill, Masters Work in Urban & Regional Planning from the Illinois Institute of Technology with 500+ cont. educ. hrs in Architecture, Finance, Health, Safety & Code Curriculums.
Residential Designs:
Paul has received the GOLD KEY AWARD from the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago for Excellence in Housing for Outstanding Design of Single Family Homes, two (2) Silver Key Awards and two (2) Gold & Silver Certificates for outstanding home design.
Mr. Bach designed over 400 homes & townhomes for renowned home-builders; Kaufman & Broad, Pulte Homes, Rossmoor Development Co, Anden, Bob Pooley Homes & Pheasant Creek.
In addition to luxury estate homes like the Friedman Residence, The Seville at Astor Place, The Essex at Downing Street, Paul was a key designer for mid-rise apartments in 4 Lakes Village, the last apartment-hotel, (27 story) “Scott House” on State Street and (40 story) “Walton Colonnade” Apartments just off Michigan Ave.
Commercial Designs:
Paul’s diverse experience affords unique skills to manage & execute BE-Design projects; 1) Mix-use - Retail Stores & Apartments, 2) Fast Food - Burger King, 3) Hospitality - Banquet Halls, 4) Auto Service Centers, 5) Warehouses- J.D.Marshall Int'l., 6) Sports- Indoor Tennis and 7) an 18 hole golf course - Master Plan.
Management:
Mr. Bach has designed & delivered multiple land development, healthcare, & institutional projects. His leadership, vision & resolve proficiently bring issues and projects to closure with an ability to do 1) need assessments; 2) code compliant economical programs; 3) five year work programs; 4) budget costs & control spending within a 3% cap; 5) comprehensive evaluations 6) necessary research & development & 7) project delivery while maintaining schedule, budget & quality.
